Apex Communications implements business development consulting mainly for companies in the field of ICT and media. The consultation areas include strategy planning, business planning, productisation and developing operational processes.
The consultants at Apex Communications have supported several businesses in the ICT field in strategy development, either as managers of strategy projects or as experts. As strategy tools, we have used e.g. Balanced Score Card framework and scenario tools.
We have managed dozens of planning and productisation projects for new business operations for our customers. Typical projects include e.g. productisation of new teleservices implemented for different teleoperators. We can, for example, plan new business operations in close cooperation with the customer, making use of Apex Communications’ comprehensive tool selection, or we can manage the entire productisation of a new product together with our cooperation partners.
We have participated in the development of our customer companies’ operational processes as consultants or managers of development projects. Development of the operational processes is implemented in a form tailored to the customer’s needs. Typically the operational processes are implemented in accordance with ITIL v3 or COBIT 5 models.
